The half-round console table is like any other console table, the only difference being the shape of the table-top. Thus, the table-top is half-circle table-top. Demilune console tables mostly stand on four legs to create a sense of balance. Hence, they can carry large weights of up to 60 pounds. Some plain wood tops. However, in some cases, the top is made of faux leather.
The legs types differ based on the manufacturer. In many cases, the tables have cabriole legs. Even so, some half-round console tables have hoof-shaped legs. They could also be highly-decorated based on the time period when they were manufactured.
