The story of how we ended up in our Hertfordshire antiques showroom is an interesting one. Our first shops in the lates 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s were all in London till the advent of the internet when it made sense to find a bigger premises to sell all over the world to our global client base. We have had shops in Londons Camden Passage, Westbourne Grove near Notting Hill Gate W11 and Church Street in NW8. All fantastic times but in the late 90s the business changed as it moved online and location in central London was less important. It definitely helped reducing the commute time into London which could be stressful and time consuming with all the traffic.

We all grew up and live in the area so having a Hertfordshire antiques showroom made absolute sense. We are also well located near major airports including Heathrow, Stanstead and Luton. We have had clients from literally every continent. As we are only 25 minutes round the M25 from Heathrow we have had customers make us our final stop off on their UK visit before hopping on a plane back the United States, Australia or wherever it may be. We have even had customers land their helicopters in the field next to us on the hill.
