The table is great as it can be extended or made smaller to suit your purposes. Fully extended at ten feet it\'s a large table suitable for grand dinner parties, as you can see in the pictures it sits ten people more than comfortably. It\'s easy to make smaller by taking out the two leaves (which each measure 22 inches) to make various different size combinations. You can even just have the two pedestal ends together for the smallest option. The table is on pedestal legs which in turn are on castors so it is easy to move around. The table is in mahogany with a walnut crossbanding to the perimeter. The table is solid and sturdy, ready for home use right away with no scratches or other surface damage. This table is fit for Royalty and you can own it right now. We appreciate it is quite a big initial outlay but this will serve you for generations making it a great investment. The crafting is superb, made right here by artisans in England. They don\'t make em like they used to! We will ship to anywhere in the world. We bought this table from a dealer in Debenham, Suffolk.
