Outstanding Mahogany 6ft Diameter Marquetry Dining Table (Marquetry meaning is inlaid work made from small pieces of coloured wood or other materials, used for the decoration of furniture)
Featuring a Segmented Centre Circle with a banded and floral Marquetry Border.
Circa 1920
The Main Body of the top featuring hand cut Marquetry Birds and Floral designs.
The Border of the table having Double Satinwood crossbanding with Ebony and Satinwood Boxwood lines and floral design throughout.
The base of the Table is of Regency Design having cast brass claw castors, Swept legs and a fluted column.
