Superb Georgian mahogany cylinder desk. This cylinder desk stands upon tapered legs with brass castors. Period Georgian The desk features 3 oak lined drawers (note the fine dovetails) The top of the desk having a very elegant pierced gallery. The cylinder top opens to reveal a wonderful interior, comprising of 10 oak lined drawers, pigeon holes and a leather writing surface (replacement) with hand applied gilt and blind tooling. The whole of the desk features boxwood line inlays, comes in 2 sections and is presented in good condition.
