Each Cabinet Having Wonderful Boulle Decoration and Finished with Ormolu Mounts and Moldings. "Boulle" refers to André-Charles Boulle, a French cabinetmaker and artist renowned for his distinctive marquetry technique known as "Boulle work." This technique involves intricate inlays of brass and tortoiseshell, often used in furniture and decorative art.
