Shipping to The United States
We have been shipping to every part of the United States since the late 1960s. We can ship any size item to anywhere in the United States so please get in touch with your address and item numbers for the pieces you are interested in. Our experienced team will shop around to find the best route to get your purchases safetly to you. All goods are expertly packed, crated and sent insured - it's as much in our interest pieces arrive safe as it is yours.
Smaller Items (under 36 inches)
We can ship these using either UPS, Fedex or DHL and can increase the speed of shipment service based on budget and if you need the pieces quicker. We can research anything from next day delivery to up to 7 days if there is no urgency. As soon as items leave our showroom we will issue a tracking number. All pieces are sent insured and will be expertly packed to ensure safe arrival. According to the material - ie if it's porcelain or glass or anything else delicate - we may decide to crate the item.
Larger Items – (Furniture, Garden Pieces etc)
Generally, bigger pieces will go via sea freight as this is more econonical, although if there is a time issue - for example if something is required for an interior design project deadline - we can also quote air freight. For larger projects or if you wanted to buy a large batch of goods we can also research getting a container as this is more economical - we can also offer better discounts the more goods are purchased.
For sea freight transit we estimate anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks door to door. Tracking numbers are generally issued once the item has cleared customs and is on the overland section of the journey. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees that maybe incurred as we have no control over this.
