We lead with this eye catching French art nouveau cocktail cabinet we date to circa 1880. We had a similar piece in a number of years ago and were thrilled to unearth another on one of our buying trips as it has very distinct Belle Époque look. The two doors are polished metal painted with polychrome decoration with a large drawer below for cocktail making utensils. There is intricate carving across the piece including female heads in relief and floral motifs. The back of the cabinet is decorated with coloured glass. The whole piece is an intricate interweaving of materials and craftsmanship. Make mine a double Kir Royal s'il vous plaît.
Other highlights? Plenty, including a pair of Biedermeier arm chairs in satin birch and a 17th century oak coffer (sadly empty). Have a lovely week wherever you are :)
