I'm in the happy zone of just having photographed hundreds of Latest Acquisitions all now lined up to be introduced to market in the coming weeks and months. It's like a bumper harvest, knowing there will be a sales spike alongside an excitement to showcasing all our new quirky finds. Top of the list are these large English garden urns in terracotta (also a nod to the temperatures rising in England as we move into Spring). Of classic campana form, they sit on the square pedestal bases and are in the manner of Thomas Hope. Hope - a fascinating character who I intend to study more - was a Regency era aesthete responsible for the Greek Revival of the time.
All items below are Just In and any could have taken top billing above. Perhaps my favourite is this very on trend 1880 camphor campaign chest - and don't worry marble Julius Caesar will also be making a guest appearance very soon. Have a great week :)
